Our team are all fully qualified Retrofit Coordinators and are TrustMark registered.  We have accreditation with Elmhurst and ecmk.

We pride ourselves on providing bespoke documentation and recommendations specific to the needs of the property and the customer.  The suggested measures, Improvement Option Evaluations and Medium Term Plans are all carefully planned and aligned with the PAS 2035, fabric first standards. 

We are fully qualified and able to provide post-EPR modelling, based on any specified equipment and materials, to ensure that your energy rating objectives are met. 

We offer full nationwide coverage and can streamline delivery of work based on your requirements.  If you have set processes and documentation, we can accommodate them into our working practice, to ensure your customers receive consistency in communication. 

We can provide a standard rate card for Retrofit Coordination and Assessment services, or build a bespoke package based on your requirements.  In some circumstances we can offer discounted packages, based on weekly volume of projects.
